I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a separate living room area with a huge sofa, which was perfect for relaxing after the kids went to bed. The service was excellent, from early check-in to a complimentary 2-hour bar every day. The location was convenient, just a short Uber ride from downtown, and the dining options were high-quality with a great breakfast buffet. However, the in-room fire alarms were a bit annoying, waking us up due to power outages.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with lots of plugs for devices, allowing some privacy with mini suites featuring two TVs. However, the slightly outdated rooms come with very small bathrooms lacking windows. The service was friendly and accommodating, providing dry cleaning, shops, laundry, and a welcome drink. The location is excellent, within walking distance of downtown and top-rated eateries. The hotel's facilities are decent, providing a good overall experience.
